For online purchases, Autojoy will refund the purchase price of goods that are returned in their original condition. If you are dissatisfied with the item you received or the item you received is broken/defective, please contact our customer service: autojoycs@gmail.com.

You must notify Autojoy of your intention to return the goods order via autojoycs@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date, after which we will provide you with the applicable return information according to your location.

If the quality of the goods is defective, we will cover the return costs; if the goods are perfect but you don't like them, then you should bear the costs of the return.

Autojoy cannot be held liable for unforeseen delivery delays beyond our control.

At this time we can only deliver shipments to one address per order. To have items delivered to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

The goods in our DE department store are shipped from Hamburg and the shipping time to Germany usually takes 2-7 working days. Shipping to other European countries usually takes 3-7 working days.

Please note that every voucher code has a validity period. The voucher code becomes invalid after a certain date.
