return

What return policy applies? How many days do I have to return a product?

For online purchases, Autojoy will refund the purchase price of goods that are returned in their original condition. If you are dissatisfied with the item you received or the item you received is broken/defective, please contact our customer service: autojoycs@gmail.com.

You must notify Autojoy of your intention to return the goods order via autojoycs@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date, after which we will provide you with the applicable return information according to your location.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to pay.

Altered or damaged goods (for the buyer's own reason) will not be accepted.

Autojoy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to return any merchandise that does not conform to the return conditions set forth above.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns to autojoy.com will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned merchandise order. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and the appropriate amount has been credited to your account. Refunds will only be made via the same payment method used for payment.

Are the return shipping costs refundable?

If the quality of the goods is defective, we will cover the return costs. If the goods are perfect but you don't like them, then you should bear the costs of the return.

Attention: Cash on delivery is not acceptable, please pay the return postage costs first and send us the invoice for it, we will refund you.

How can I exchange an item at autojoy.de?

To exchange an item, return the original item following the return policy included in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that new orders are subject to product availability. We will inform you accordingly if we are unable to fulfill your order.

If your payment still doesn't work, please try paying again with another payment method. We recommend Paypal.

Can I use multiple payment methods?

We currently only accept one form of payment per order.

Shipping and delivery

What shipping options are there and how much are the shipping fees?

We offer free express shipping on all orders (for some countries outside Germany you need to pay additional costs). We deliver within one to two business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse. All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Autojoy cannot be held liable for unforeseen delivery delays beyond our control.

Can I have an order delivered to multiple addresses?

At this time we can only deliver shipments to one address per order. To have items delivered to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

Where does autojoy.com deliver?

We deliver goods to Germany and most European countries. For some countries outside Germany you have to pay additional costs. Delivery to the other countries or more please contact us at autojoycs@gmail.com.

Can I get a tracking number for my order?

Yes, after submitting the order you will receive an email or message about the delivery details, if none, please log in to your Autojo account and check your order details, you can find the tracking number there. Or contact us directly at autojoycs@gmail.com.

How long is the delivery time?

The goods in our DE department store are shipped from Hamburg and the shipping time to Germany usually takes 2-7 working days. Shipping to other European countries usually takes 3-7 working days.

Please note that every voucher code has a validity period. The voucher code becomes invalid after a certain date.

Please note that if you do not use a voucher code when ordering, the reduced price will not be refunded. Therefore, please carefully check the coupon code on the homepage and product description page of our website before purchasing.
