Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

We offer 18 months warranty and 30 days money back guarantee for our products. This means you can return the product within 30 days for any reason. If you have any questions about the item you received, please contact us immediately.

Customer service is currently only available during our working hours (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm GMT+8, Sat-Sun closed ). We ensure you receive a response within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have any problems during this time, please don't worry, we will get back to you as soon as possible once we are back in the office.

Return guarantee & refund

1. Cancellation

  • We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled you will receive a full refund within 48 hours. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

2. Return (if applicable)

  • We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs for returns.
    Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning the product.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-15 business days.

4. Late or missing refund (if applicable)

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted. If you have done all of this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us at autojoycs@gmail.com.

Attention:

  1. Natural disasters, improper use, unauthorized repairs, man-made damage are not covered by the warranty.
  2. If you breach any of the above conditions but want us to repair the product or replace it with a new product, you may be required to pay an additional charge. In this case, please contact our customer service for further information and assistance.
  3. Gift/Free Free item is not covered by our warranty.
  4. If the item is returned for personal reasons (not due to product defect), buyers should be responsible for the return shipping costs.

AutojoyDE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to return any merchandise that does not conform to the return conditions set forth above.
