When I wrote the email to Autojoy hoping to receive the player within three days because our family has a travel plan a few days later, they gave me priority delivery. We are very satisfied with the customer service.
What I would like to say about the player is that they exceeded my expectations. Of course, you can't expect to use it like a tablet, but it's enough for car trips. The size of the headrest fits our seat very well, and the included headrest bracket makes the player well fixed behind the front seat and is very stable, which is also very satisfactory.
Changing the discs is also very easy, regardless of whether the children are at the back or we are changing at the front. With our players there is no difference between the screens when you connect them. The picture is great for both. All I can say about plugging in the connecting cable is to plug the cable into “AV out” where the DVD is inserted and plug it into “AV in” on the second monitor. I always do it with the power off. Then turn on both players and press Mode on the remote control for the second monitor after booting up. The second monitor now says “DVD AV in”. I also found that the player can also connect our car radio via AV.
When connected when switched on, I had the problem that there was a picture but no sound or vice versa. In this case, press the Mode button again until “DVD AVin” appears in the second monitor again.
So far both are working exactly as I imagine. Both run synchronously with picture and sound.
So far everything is very satisfactory :)
