For online purchases, Autojoy will refund the purchase price of goods that are returned in their original condition. If you are dissatisfied with the item you received or the item you received is broken/defective, please contact our customer service: autojoycs@gmail.com.
You must notify Autojoy of your intention to return the goods order via autojoycs@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date, after which we will provide you with the applicable return information according to your location.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to pay.
Altered or damaged goods (for the buyer's own reason) will not be accepted.
Autojoy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to return any merchandise that does not conform to the return conditions set forth above.
