Q&Q: The second monitor cannot be used if it is not connected

Hello,
I just purchased the Headrest Dual DVD Player and everything works fine as long as I keep the player plugged in (both at home and in the car). As soon as I unplug it, the monitor turns off (although the player keeps running and the battery appears to be fully charged - green light is on at the end of charging). Did I do something wrong? Both the AV and DC cables are connected to the PLAYER (DC output) and the MONITOR (DC IN)... and actually it works when the PLAYER is plugged in!

I'm sorry to cause you trouble, but it's a normal phenomenon. If the player is not connected to power, the second monitor cannot be turned on. Only when the player is turned on can the second monitor start normally.
